Don't Let "Face" Hurt You

Being thin is not scary. What is scary is having your face swollen to pretend to be fat. In today's materialistic society, the ever-expanding vanity seems to be a menacing plague, and many people are not immune to it. Little do they know that the face hidden behind vanity is actually a paper tiger. On the surface, it looks infinite, but in reality it can be broken with just a poke. Face is not equivalent to food, clothing, housing and transportation. Only an empty mind will pursue superficial face. People should live for themselves, instead of living in the eyes and mouths of others all day long, so don't let face harm you, let alone lose yourself, dignity and toughness as a human being because of face. Face is just the icing on the cake, but dignity is the driving force for us to live. The dignity of being a human being and the courage to persist in oneself are more important than face at all times!
