He will definitely die and there is no way he can escape. Yes, there is no escape... No matter where the Yi brothers and sisters go, the death curse always follows them. They can foresee the strange deaths that will happen to others in the future, and they themselves are also burdened with an unknown and heavy fate.
Evil ghosts are asking for life in paintings, shape-shifters are randomly twisting, the house of the pentagonal monster that eats people, the evil girl with psychic eyes crawling out of the sea, horror videos that can kill living people, evil spirits that make people unable to wake up, lost apartments in different dimensions... Many weird and horrifying things happen one after another. What is the truth hidden behind all this? They can foresee tragedies but cannot prevent them from happening. They try to save the cursed people before the tragedy happens, but they watch those people fall into the abyss of death in despair again and again.
The shadow of terror shrouds the bustling city, and curses lurk in every corner. Darkness and death can engulf living lives at any time. I don't know where this desperate power comes from...
If they can only live in darkness forever, and every second of their lives is filled with fear, how on earth should they face this hideous life?

I saw this book in the library. It was the second volume at first. I felt that the events written by the author were logically closed very well, and I was attracted to it.
Although I haven't read it from the first volume, I still have a rough idea of how things are going. The characters are looking for hope of life amidst the curse, and they fail to save themselves in desperate events again and again, which is a pity. At the end of Book 2, John breaks the curse but fails to end it, which leads to a bigger plot, which is refreshing.
However, the repeated despair makes readers feel pity. I feel that the entire book is wrapped in despair, with no end in sight. (There are similar feelings in "The Ten Deadly Sins")
When I read Chapter 5 of Volume 3, I no longer had the emotion to persevere. I have to say that the author really wrote the despair very well, making people who are immersed in the situation more immersed in it. It seems that the despair in the book is not only in the characters, but also in the readers.
Although in my opinion, this book has obvious flaws in the emotional lines of the characters, and the logic may be a little awkward if you look closely. But after all, the main focus is horror. Thanks to the author for letting me realize the charm of thriller literature. The thriller literature I have seen has deeply shocked me.
Each kind of literature has its own unique character charm and thoughts. Even though I couldn't stick to the ending until the end, I felt that the ending was not good after skipping reading. Although I still hope that the characters have a good ending. But perhaps this is also the essence of the author's thriller.
I respect the author's writing style, and I would like to thank the author again for allowing me to understand this unique literary charm. I offer my sincere greetings.
I never mind looking at knives... But this book had me praying for a happy ending during the last few chapters. It touched my heart very much. In the end, it may be a happy ending for the protagonist, but it is a more terrifying whirlpool for the whole world. Some people say that the protagonist is too much of a virgin. Have you read it carefully? Saving other cursed people is saving themselves, and they can't do nothing.
Urban Mystery is the number one supernatural novel in my heart
The plot of this book is very attractive, full of suspense and thriller elements, which makes people unable to stop reading it. The characters in the story have their own personalities, and their actions and decisions drive the plot forward. I particularly like the Yi brothers and sisters. Although they are troubled by the death curse, they still work hard to save those who are cursed. This spirit is very touching. I think this book is worth reading, especially for those who like horror and suspense stories.
The previous book was called Strange Horror. It was so beautiful that it gave me chills in the summer.
A lot of cuts, but still okay
Well written and interesting
I saw it a long time ago, but I didn't expect to find it on Tomato. It's just that the ending is pretty good.
Not much to say, but I'm very satisfied
Very good, it's all about that link. If there is no Liuli, then maybe John can break this curse---the immortal ghost eyes controlled by Li Gui.
