The psychological knowledge and eloquence skills in the book are very enlightening, and many examples are given to make it easy to understand. I think it is a bit like "Nonviolent Communication", which teaches us how to speak to make others feel more comfortable. My favorite part is the part about the primacy effect, which teaches us how to make a good first impression. All in all, I think this is a book worth reading.
