In a small courtyard not far from the Qingzhou government office, there is a large house covering an area of 100 square meters, with rows of low tile-roofed houses built behind it. This is the prison of Qingzhou Prefecture, where all kinds of guilty people are imprisoned. In that big house, there is a long corridor divided into left and right sides. There are some rooms on both sides of the corridor where the prison bosses work or rest, and there are also some rooms used for interrogating prisoners. Among them, there is a door that is not often opened: below is the most famous place where death row inmates are held in Qingzhou Prefecture, which is also commonly known as the "dungeon".
