This book is actually a review of Wang Yangming's life. Most of them talk about Wang Yangming's deeds, and rarely mention Yangming's philosophy of mind. But from the perspective of an old story, the author wrote it very humorously. I laughed out loud more than once while reading the book. It is also very extensive and detailed, and it can be seen that the author put a lot of effort into writing this book. This should be praised.
If you just want to read Wang Yangming's story, this book is not to be missed. But if you want to read Yangming's Xinxue, those who are not used to reading "Traditional Records" can read Teacher Luo Zhi's book.
