Li Yueying is young, beautiful, and unmarried. On the surface, she is an unpopular midwife, but in secret, she is a highly skilled coroner. By chance, she meets Qiao Tai and Ma Rong, personal guards serving Judge Di, the magistrate of Hangzhou. The three hit it off after a fight, and both men gradually fall for Yueying.
Recommended by Qiao and Ma, Yueying joins Judge Di and helps him solve one extraordinary case after another, making him famous. She becomes the first officially appointed female coroner of the Tang Dynasty.
A series of murders takes place within the palace. Judge Di and Yueying are ordered to investigate, and become embroiled in a bloody struggle at court. After being poisoned, Yueying personally delivers crucial evidence to Judge Di. Unwilling to burden Qiao and Ma, she then slips away in silence.
Unwilling to let the dynasty's descendants be harmed again, Judge Di chooses, despite holding the crucial evidence Yueying left behind, to put the greater good first and reluctantly let the mastermind escape, even though they are bent on seizing the throne.
Only Qiao Tai remains convinced that his beloved Yueying is still alive. He bids farewell to Judge Di and travels alone to the ends of the earth in search of her.
It is a very good work. From the beginning to the end, Judge Dee is the number three character, which highlights Yue Ying's superb medical knowledge and extraordinary intelligence, but it also has many shocking ups and downs. The only drawback is that it's a little short, so remember to write a longer one next time.
A good book, very exciting and worth reading.
The writing is great, keep writing. How is Yueying? …
Not inferior to the Tang Dynasty Weird Stories. This book does not contain Di Renjie's lengthy reasoning, but uses the practice of a female widow to reflect the social situation during Wu Zetian's reign.
Although this book has some minor flaws, such as the transfers in some places that make people a little confused, and sometimes the changes from Hangzhou to Chang'an are too fast, it is not considered a good book.
The content is fascinating, the case is detailed and well written.
Good looking, but a little short
Very good and wonderful
The content is very exciting and I still have more to say.
Quite satisfactory
