By chance, the young Xue Wanwan awakens Liuyin, a thousand-year-old zither spirit who has been sleeping inside her bracelet. She learns that her parents' accident ten years ago was no accident at all, and that the thousand-year-old guqin Ting Shui Liu Yin vanished after the incident. Though Xue Wanwan knows nothing about music, she begins learning the guqin with Liuyin's help in order to uncover the truth, and even joins her academy's instrumental music club. But in the end, Xue Wanwan discovers that the seemingly guileless Lin Ye is the true mastermind, and that the accident ten years ago was caused by Lin Ye's greedy, evil parents. The police take Lin Ye away, and the lost guqin returns to Xue Wanwan. But Liuyin, the zither spirit, falls asleep inside the instrument after protecting Wanwan at a critical moment.
This book is very good, I hope the author will continue to work hard
The plot of this book is engaging and the characters are vivid. I particularly like Xue Wanwan. I admire her courage and persistence in learning the guqin in order to find the truth. Lin Yi's reversal also surprised me. I didn't expect that she was the mastermind behind the scenes. But I think what touched me the most was the friendship between Xue Wanwan and Liuyin. Liuyin sleeping to protect her really made me cry for a long time. Overall, this is a very good novel, I recommend it to you!
