Synopsis

This book is a historical novel with the new emperor Wang Mang as the protagonist. It has about 1.2 Million words and is divided into three volumes: the first, middle and second volumes. The author rediscovered history on the basis of "The True Story of Wang Mang" (Part 1 and 2), a biography that was faithful to historical documents and published in 2002. I particularly hate the character Lee Sang-shi, he is self-righteous and his words are confusing. However, I can understand Wang Zhengjun's father Wang Jin.
