Synopsis

Hanshu, a total of one hundred and twenty volumes. Relative to the Later Han Dynasty, it is also called the Early Han Dynasty. It mainly records the historical events from the first year of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty (206 BC) to the fourth year of Emperor Wang Mang (23 BC).
