The Princess Consort Is Off Fighting Again

At night, she is a graceful dancer in a gauzy gown. By day, she is a brave and decisive constable in red!

“Your Highness, is it true that the Princess Consort goes out to fight every day?”

Mu Huai’s stern face shows no emotion as he calmly replies, “That’s false!”

Mu Huai turns to the guard beside him and asks, “Have you seen the Princess Consort?”

The guard stammers, “I-I just saw the Princess Consort... fighting someone on the roof!”

Mu Huai asks nervously, “Is she hurt?”

“No, but the other person looks like they’re about to die. That’s a prince from Lin State, Your Highness. Aren’t you going to do something?”

Mu Huai’s expression turns stern again. “Have dinner prepared. The Princess Consort will be hungry after her fight!”
