Thousands of years ago, in order to consolidate their divine authority, the Divine Court launched a divine calamity against the Immortal Court, bringing about its fall. Yet the heavenly divine weapon, the Changxian Sword, chose its master. A young man wielded the sword to cleave the heavens, shatter the void, and cut down the demonic path, establishing a thousand-year pact of coexistence. Three sword strikes swept across the Nine Heavens and caused the Nine-Bend Heavenly River to collapse.
Later, the Ninth Heaven sent down the “Ultimate Dao Flower” as a symbol of the fortune of the Six Paths, and decreed that the young man must protect it for five hundred years.
Yet none of this seemed to be fate’s design. The mystery of his origins, the fallen Immortal Court, and more all led the young man step by step down an unknown path.
