Dark Starburst

This was written by the editor a few years ago to test the waters. The quality is not good, so I'll just give it a try. I didn't plan to post it, but a lot of people asked, so I posted it anyway at the risk of being scolded.

There are not a lot of battle descriptions, nor too many character descriptions. Personally, I feel there are some flaws, but it is still very exciting.

The feel of a historical documentary. The humanities aspect lacks charm, because it is about war, and a few touching chapters are enough. The battles within the solar system are less epic, so it's adequate as a prequel. The concept is mature and the writing is solid, with less embellishment and more truth. Scientific elements are used freely and the imagination is rich. Rather exciting. It lacks diversity and doesn't write much about the situation in other countries. It's just a war documentary. Just a prequel.

It is a hard science fiction novel, not a fantasy novel in the name of science fiction. The logic is strict, and in my opinion the author has strong scientific knowledge (you can tell by looking at the theories yourself, I am just an ordinary high school student, a layman).

After watching Starlight of the Abyss and returning to watch Darkness, you can understand why you feel resentment towards Star Yuma.
