The Girl on the Football Pitch

Born to a Chinese-French family, Lyon was the top graduate of Yuzhou’s youth football training camp. Unable to stand the culture at Chinese football academies, he left for France in middle school. With hard work and natural talent, he became a world-class midfield maestro. At eighteen, he finally got his chance to trial with the B team of a top club, only to be forced into retirement after doctors discovered a heart condition. Crestfallen, he headed home. By a twist of fate, Lyon ended up joining Yingge High School’s girls’ football team, which was on the verge of disbanding due to a lack of members. Faced with the team he idolizes, Lyon takes on the thorny path of living as a girl under the name Li An, singing and dancing as an idol on the side.
