The emperor seems determined to make things difficult for Chu Yue, giving her problems to solve every day. She curses him out daily.

Ever since she took charge of the consorts’ nameplates, Chu Yue has been showered with flattery. She’s happy to take it easy, spending her days drinking tea, receiving gifts, and watching performances. Life couldn’t be better.
