The Spirit Summoner

Some people die, while others live. The dead don’t know they’re dead, while the living have lost all humanity. The dead want another chance at life, but the living must bear the tragedies of dozens of generations. One spur-of-the-moment trip left my best friend trapped in that dark corner. I couldn’t save him, but I could keep raising my sword for him, and for all of them, again and again. Exorcising demons and hunting ghosts is my duty; one sword will cleave through all the darkness beneath heaven.
