My name is Xie Guang, and I'm a stone carver who engraves tombstones.
My father told me that there aren't many people like us left in the world.
Some people might scoff and say, “Isn't it just carving tombstones? You can find someone to do that in just about any town.”
What I mean is that the monuments we carve are nothing like what most people know.
Almost everyone assumes that a stele is a tombstone, something carved when a person is buried.
In reality, that's just one tiny branch of the craft.
Steles have existed ever since people first came into being.
It's a bit laborious!
When I listen to this book, why can't I hear it clearly even though I'm so fast?
Good happy ranch
