He Would Never Like Me

If I could, I'd rather I'd never read this book. I really like the pairing of Duan Ruan and He Xuqing, so much that I automatically skipped another story. I sincerely hope that the author can give them an ending, a good ending. It is not easy for two people to be together, let alone two boys, it is even more difficult. I know this is how they ended up, but I still regret more than forget it. I originally thought that He Xuqing would wait until the day Duan Ruan accepted her and then live happily. This time they would say "I do" to each other with the blessings of relatives and friends, and finally go to the place where they had been before for their honeymoon, and they would be a couple for the rest of their lives. However, all this is impossible! Many years later, Duan Ruan and He Xuqing met again. The two people who were once so familiar felt awkward and silent that they should not have. He Xuqing broke the silence to say "Long time no see" to Duan Ruan, and asked him about his life over the years. When he learned that he was still alone, he felt mixed emotions in his heart. Duan Ruan told him that he once loved someone. He loved him very much and thought he would be with him forever, but in the end he lost him. He Xuqing knew in her heart that the person he was talking about might be herself, but she was afraid that it was not her, so she asked him why he didn't chase him back. Duan Ruan told him that he chased him but was rejected by him, so he kept waiting for him and finally met him many years later. "That's great!" Yes, that's great! Duan Ruan told He Xuqing that when he saw him, he stood in front of him. He didn't know if he would continue to love him and accompany him for the rest of his life. He Xuxing paused. Although he guessed that the person would be himself, he couldn't guess everything about him. He didn't speak for a long time. "So, are you really willing to have me? This time, let me chase you, okay?" He Xuqing looked at Duan Ruan, stared at the sincerity in his eyes, and finally nodded his head after many years of delay. This is the ending I wanted. Although it is not well written, it is all true feelings from the heart. I have not read many novels, but I love this one and their love (even though the ending is not very good). From now on, I have no regrets (I lied to myself). But I still hope that the author can give them a romantic love process and a perfect ending, although it is impossible, so please allow me as a reader all the fantasies. Thanks!

I hope that after the two separate, Duan will grow up, be capable (in just two or three years), and be able to take responsibility, and then go find He, and live a sweet life together!

This book is very good. I have read it twice. The only flaw is that the ending is not good. Didn't Mr. Duan admit that he likes Mr. He? Why can't two people who like each other be together again?

It ended too quickly. I could have written more exciting content. I feel like watching the last episode is not as uncomfortable as the next one😭

Uh... The sub-CP has more descriptions... I... Can't tell... Who is the protagonist... But... This is the second novel I haven't skipped reading... Um... Overall... It's okay.

I want to beat the author 🤦

The solution is not very good, because the two people like each other but can't be together, which is a pity

Is the title of the mother-in-law used here wrong? Shouldn't it be the son? Doesn't the mother-in-law mean the other person's mother?

This book is indeed very good, but the ending is be. Maybe they are destined to be at odds with each other.

It's great. I hope there will be a sequel.
