How Much Hatred Lies in the West Wind

It's okay, you can use any kind of abuse in a story. My standard is that the male protagonist uses cruel methods on the female protagonist, such as drawing blood, removing kidneys, removing the heart and aborting, beating and scolding the female protagonist. No matter what the reason, I will not forgive it. I didn't love the heroine before, she was mentally abusive, and she didn't cheat on her physically, but I can forgive her for her performance in the future. This is my grading criteria.

People are conflicted in their hearts. They still want to read sadistic stories, but after reading them, they still don't want the heroine to forgive the hero. Do many readers have this idea?
