I have played a game before, Darksiders. The novel is adapted from this. It is really good. I still remember the remakes 1 and 2 of War Knight and Death Knight. I miss it so much. Thank you to the author for writing such a book. It must be 5 stars.
As a 3000+ old bookworm, I will make an objective evaluation: the characters are well portrayed, the plot twists are wonderful, the world view is grand, there are many words, the emotions are well expressed, and the battle descriptions are also very detailed.
I can only talk about star annihilation, doomsday, magic, immortality, supernatural powers, starships, awakening, artifacts, magic and martial showdowns, gods and demons killing each other, technological warfare, fantasy, magic and martial arts, alien spaces, multi-universes but not parallel, multiple civilizations, no unified combat power system but a relative combat power measurement standard (based on the parliament (the strongest force in the book)) The thug class is divided into ordinary people, ordinary knights, calamity knights, knight captains, legendary knights, and councillors) for general strength division. The protagonist is strong but not invincible, has a brain, has a city, knows how to tolerate, and is not a virgin (the protagonist is one of the legendary knights of the council and has fought for tens of thousands of years and destroyed countless worlds)
This book is more of a reality than a novel. It is not attractive at first, but more like a description. If you keep reading, you will discover more.
