After spending a night in a cave, Yuechu is accused of seducing the village idiot from the neighboring village. Her wicked relatives then goad her spineless mother into forcing her to marry him.
Her husband's family is dirt poor, his uncle and aunt are a pair of oddballs, and life is bitter as a gourd.
Fortunately, though her husband is ugly and dim-witted, he's strong, skilled in martial arts, and his favorite pastime is spoiling his wife.
Anyone who insults his wife gets an earful from her ugly husband!
Anyone who bullies his wife gets bullied twice as hard by him!
With her ugly husband backing her up, Yuechu uses modern know-how to thrive in ancient times, build wealth, and turn their bitter-gourd life into a sweet one. She even gives birth to a chubby baby boy.
Personally, I think it's pretty good-looking, a little bit abusive in the middle (I can't stand abuse), but it's still acceptable. Hmm.
Warmth, not many climaxes, just ordinary happiness, not bad o(≧v≦)o~~so great
At least this book makes people want to read it.
For such a beautiful novel, the score is too low. The male protagonist dotes on the female protagonist so much, he is really doting without any bottom line. Although there was a slight misunderstanding in the middle, the male protagonist is really funny and loves the female protagonist very much.
I can only say that it is ordinary, warm, a little bit sadistic in the middle, and generally not verbose. I especially like the heroine Chuyue.
It's great, and so is the pacing!
It's so good. This is the most comprehensive novel I've ever read on my mobile phone. I didn't skip a page and read it all.
Not bad, I like it. A man should be awe-inspiring on the outside but gentle and cute on the inside. However, the description of the male protagonist here is less surprising and he is a warm man, but it makes people feel a little too cute. But in life, you should be laughing and joking.
The finished books are all good books
Some places are quite funny, and some places are also quite sad. My little heart can't stand it when I see the sad parts. The whole story is quite exciting, five-star recommendation.
