I read this book a few years ago (a bit like Xiangmi and Sansheng Sanshi), but it can tug at the heartstrings (the later part of the abuse)

The story is good, but a bit cruel. There are many twists and turns and misunderstandings. Why is it not explained clearly? Why is the person named Liaoyan so vicious?
