Decades after the nuclear winter, people begin rebuilding their homes. City-states are newly founded and settlements spring up everywhere. The technological legacy of the old world collides with evolution and supernatural abilities, and the ruins begin to stir back to life. The boy Lu Shi walks out of the Black Prison, holding the key to a puppet civilization. His ideals are simple: “Eat well, stay warm, take good care of the little loli by my side, and fix the broken toy belonging to a certain little girl.”
