Looking for Real Palace-Intrigue Dramas, No Need for Mutual First-Timers
I really don’t understand why people insist on both leads being virgins and still call it a palace-intrigue drama. If both leads are virgins, it’s not even palace intrigue anymore. Please recommend some real palace-intrigue dramas.

I've Been Into Palace Intrigue Lately 😍 Hand Over Your Top Palace Intrigue Picks!
Looking for books like *The Empress's Consort Is Cunning, and the Emperor Can't Resist Her*. The leads don't have to be each other's firsts!!! They don't have to be each other's firsts!!! But the female lead must be clear-headed and strong, not weak. Some angst is fine. I like stories set in fictionalized historical worlds, as long as the plot is well-crafted and detailed, hehe.

Ancient Romance Novels That Leave You Stunned to the Core
No comedy, no revenge against scumbags, and no female or male protagonist with serious issues. They shouldn’t go around causing trouble, and the plot should be exciting.
Finished Books Recommended by a Veteran Reader
Maybe I've read too many books, because I can't get into a lot of them and drop them after about three chapters. If I can finish one and enjoy it, it's definitely a gem worth sharing! I'll update this list from time to time. I've read every book on it myself, though I can't guarantee everyone will like them. 😍
Qing-Dynasty Transmigration Novels: She Doesn’t Have to Be the Primary Consort, Just Don’t Make Her Suffer!
Books about Kangxi, Yongzheng, or Qianlong, and no other emperors. Kangxi is preferable, of course. I haven't seen many Kangxi books on Tomato Novel, so Yongzheng is my second choice, and Qianlong comes last.

Countless moments make people sad. This is the closest historical novel I have ever read. There is almost no difference. The author has put a lot of effort into it. If history is like this, I accept it.
It seems to be a plain and simple book, but it has a special flavor when reading it. It is worth recommending to those who like Qing history.
I have to say that the author's writing style is really good, the character descriptions are very delicate, and the range of characters designed in the book is also very wide. It is a very good book, which can be said to be outstanding among ancient Chinese novels. The content is not formulaic, the female protagonist is not too powerful or exaggerated, and the male protagonist is also very affectionate in the end. The author is so awesome! 👍👍👍
It's so beautiful. It vividly depicts the intrigues between the harem and the concubines. It would be even better if it was made into a TV series.
I like it very much. It's not like the heroines in most movies who are usually omnipotent. This is very real. More down-to-earth, haha
I really like this novel. The writing is very delicate, and every character in the author's works has a distinct personality and clear emotions. Lan Qi has been a good person all her life, and it is not as dark and satisfying as other novels. However, it is easy to be kind for a while, but it is not easy to be a good person all her life. From Chang Zai to Concubine De, and then to the Empress Dowager, Lan Qi's wisdom was accumulated. She was also shaken by Concubine Min, but she was always loyal to Xuan Ye and loved Xuan Ye. No matter how big or small things happen, Xuan Ye and Lan Qi's relationship remains the same.
It's very interesting. It feels like witnessing someone else's life. In other novels, Concubine De is always a very scheming and bad boss, but I prefer this kind of concubine. She is gentle, cute, honest and charming. I like this kind of long-lasting flow.
The emotions are delicate, the plot is full, the emperor is cute, Lan Qi is very playful, the empress dowager is very kind, I really like this book, the author, please give it a try! ! ^0^~
I read it for the third time. It's very well written. Don't be critical if you read it. Whether you want to read it or not, you may not be able to write it if you ask me to write it. I just have fun reading it. I really want to understand history and read the historical records. I feel that the author's writing style and ideas are very good. I like it very much. I will read it slowly.
I cried when I saw Xuan Ye died and Lan Qi burst into tears when she called Xuan Ye barefoot in the Hall of Supreme Harmony. I really like this book, the love between Xuan Ye and Lan Qi, holding hands and growing old together!
