Crossover and Kamen Rider Stories. Not Enough Room for a Second Line, and There's Too Much to Say, So I'll Put It Here. No Saintly Characters, Especially in That Exposure Story.
I quite like the protagonist's personality. The first three books are by the same author. I don't know about the one with the pickled-cabbage instant noodles, but the protagonists in the other two are almost identical, and it was quite a while ago, so I can barely tell them apart. I'm only recommending books because of the task, and I couldn't be bothered to go back and look. The one where the protagonist is exposed while fighting monsters has fairly solid logic and is pretty good too. I was reluctant to leave any of them out. The Sword Rider one is just padding: the protagonist is a scumbag, but not particularly ruthless, and it isn't one of those invincible-protagonist stories. Its strength is that it feels realistic, though the battles happen a bit too often. Also, if I'm recommending four books and three are by the same author, that's a little awkward, even though only two of them really are. Anyway, that's it. Especially recommend the exposure one.
