Great Tang: From the Start, I Invited Li Er to Become a Bandit

In 626 AD, half a month remained before the Treaty of the Wei River. Zhang Yang had transmigrated here five years earlier.

In the twenty-first century, Zhang Yang had been an instructor for the Longya Special Forces. To prevent the Treaty of the Wei River from coming to pass, he had been building cities and raising an army.

During one unexpected incident, he managed to capture two strange men surnamed Li.

Seeing how capable they were, Zhang Yang couldn't help wanting to recruit them.

"Come work for me. After the Treaty of the Wei River, I guarantee you'll live in luxury!"

But neither man accepted Zhang Yang's offer, as if they had no interest in his plans whatsoever.

Half a month later, the Turkic army invaded. As Zhang Yang led his squad to resist them, he suddenly spotted the two strange men surnamed Li on the tower above Chang'an's city gate, surrounded by all the officials and looking down at him.

Li Shimin: "I'm done pretending. I'll come clean."

Li Jing: "Didn't see that coming, did you? He's the emperor."
