I Just Discovered a New Continent, and You’re Telling Me My Dad Is Zhu Yuanzhang?

Zhao Xuan was reborn in the first year of Hongwu. To turn the Ming Dynasty into the empire that never saw the sun set in his dreams, Zhao Xuan made his preparations. He planted sweet potatoes, trained a new army, built steel warships, and prepared to launch an expedition overseas...

Of course, he couldn't have done any of it without the support of a certain couple surnamed Huang. Old Huang was generous and could get his hands on all kinds of treasures, but he was always asking questions. He asked Zhao Xuan how he planned to govern the realm, and why he wanted to build the legendary invincible warships.

After being questioned again and again, Zhao Xuan finally lost his patience. "This is driving me crazy, Old Huang! Could you stop asking? I plan to rebel, all right?"

At that, the man burst into tears of joy. "Wonderful, my son! You've finally come around. Your estate is already full of well-trained troops, and you have everything you need. I'm begging you, seize the throne, all right?"

"Me? Ascend the throne? What are you talking about? My fleet is about to discover the New World, and you're telling me Zhu Yuanzhang is my father?"

At those words, Zhao Xuan was completely dumbfounded.
