A Carefree Journey Through the Heavens

At the dawn of Hongmeng, all things were yet unborn and the Great Dao had not yet formed. In a place near the very edge, the Hongmeng aura suddenly fell into chaos. A rift in space and time appeared without warning, and a soul flew out of it. Afterward, Hongmeng slowly returned to calm.

After an unknown amount of time, he slowly opened his eyes. "? Am I not dead? Where is this?" Ye Fei asked, utterly confused, as he felt his head. Then he was horrified! Ye Fei couldn't feel himself at all. "What happened to me?!" Terrified, Ye Fei stared at his body while both hands fumbled all over it. "Could I already be dead?"

Ye Fei remembered that he had been walking home from work when, for no reason at all, a bolt of lightning struck him and he lost consciousness.
