I, the Strongest Lord, Am Bound by a Goddess's Life Contract

The goddess who governs all the light in the world suffers a mortal wound in a divine war. With no other choice, she binds her life to a mortal through a contract.

She plans to descend to the mortal realm to protect the person bound to her and teach him magic, so he can grow stronger without dragging her down to her death.

Who could have guessed that this mortal is an unprecedentedly powerful lord?

Not only is his army terrifyingly strong, but he also masters magic at an astonishing rate.

Goddess of Light: "I taught him just one Fireball spell, and the next day he not only learned it, he made it a hundred times stronger!!!"

Goddess of Light: "I taught him just one Holy Light spell, and the next day he conjured a whole sun and started chanting over it."

Goddess of Light: "I casually taught him a little alchemy, and he actually made something called a nuclear bomb. Good heavens, isn't that a forbidden spell beyond mortal reach?"

Goddess of Light: "It's only been a few months... I've taught him everything I know. Can someone help me teach this monster? Otherwise... am I going to have to give him my body?"

It turns out he was the one protecting her all along.
