Spirit World: Awakening the Fallen Angel Xila from the Start

The ancient gods beyond the stars mutter in their dreams. The underground Darkborn bare their fangs. Corpses drift in the abyssal sea. The sky, the earth, and the ocean, every inch of soil is rife with plague and death.

This is the Spirit Demon World, where suffering and death spread unchecked.

When Lin Hong is chosen as a closed-beta player and descends into this world,

he awakens Xila, an SSS-rank Fallen Angel embodying despair and slaughter. She awakens from her seal and becomes his bonded Spirit Demon.

She says, “I will save the world for you.”

At that moment, the River of the Underworld churns, planetary orbits shift, and the ancient demons of the stars tremble.

Six months later.

“Could we talk this over? Could you at least make my death a little less humiliating?” asks an ancient god of the olden days.

“He is our savior, the Sun God of the mortal realm, the uncrowned king of the empire!” say the native Spirit Demons.

While players from Earth are still working to make ends meet and save up for starting gear, Lin Hong has already embarked on a god-slaying campaign in a foreign realm.
