If You Are in Hokage, Start as Mizukage

Why are others born in Konoha, either Uchiha, Senju, or Uzumaki? Again, they have to have an upgradeable Byakugan, starting from a novice all the way to invincible. Why did I just come to Kirigakure and become a baby-faced Mizukage who is 1.38 Meters tall. Forget it, face the big boss at the beginning? This is too much! This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
