I, the Idle Boss, Lay Off the Staff from the Start

After transmigrating, he activates the System for building a legitimate company.

"Boss, here's the proposal I put together after working overtime these past few days."

"I've already optimized the contents of the proposal."

When a company employee confidently presented Qin Xuan with the proposal they'd put together by working overtime,

Qin Xuan glanced over it and nodded in satisfaction.

"Xiao Zhang, this is a good proposal. It's a great fit for our company's prospects."

"So congratulations, you're fired."

"Ding! Congratulations, Host, on successfully maintaining the company's positive image and refusing to make employees work overtime."

"Reward: Koenigsegg Agera R+."

"Please keep up the good work, Host!"

While other companies were busy working overtime to meet project deadlines,

Qin Xuan was vacationing in the Maldives with his employees.

While other companies were implementing the 996 work schedule,

Qin Xuan's employees still worked from nine to five.

While other companies were worrying about their finances,

Qin Xuan's company was already preparing to go public.

Years later,

Qin Xuan: "We're number one in the world already?"
