I'm Invincible, but I'm Not the Protagonist

I, invincible as I am, live in a small city, searching for the protagonist of this era. Someone who had his engagement broken off... that sounds like the type, doesn't it? I was careless. When he jumped off a building, I didn't notice, and he died. Good thing he wasn't the protagonist. Protagonists don't die. The girlfriend by my side, a rich heiress who was abandoned at an orphanage as a child, should be the one. Hmm, she's invincible at everything except against me, even more cautious than I am. Aren't protagonists supposed to stir things up? Why does she cling to me every day? Ah, protagonist, where are you? Hurry up and show yourself.
