Journey to the West: I Work Nine to Five in the Celestial Court

After transmigrating to the world of Journey to the West, I became a low-ranking soldier guarding the South Heaven Gate in the Celestial Court.

Who could have guessed that as soon as Liu Xingchen transmigrated, he would offend the captain of the Heavenly Soldiers? What am I supposed to do? I can't help it either!

Luckily, Liu Xingchen awakened the Nine-to-Five System. As long as he guards the South Heaven Gate and does his duty faithfully, he can earn a mountain of rewards.

"Ding! Successfully completed your nine-to-five shift. You have obtained an Immortal Dao Fruit!"

"Ding! Successfully completed your nine-to-five shift and fulfilled your duties. You have obtained a high-grade immortal weapon, the Soul-Scattering Spear!"

"Ding! Successfully completed your nine-to-five shift and fulfilled your duties. You have obtained a postnatal spiritual treasure, the Wind-and-Fire Fan!"

"Ding! Successfully completed your nine-to-five shift and fulfilled your duties. You have obtained Pangu's Essence Blood!"

"This is bad! This is bad! Jade Emperor, that rascally monkey has stormed the Celestial Court!"

"What! Where is that monkey now?"

"...Uh, it seems a low-ranking soldier at the South Heaven Gate has stopped him outside!"
