I Just Topped the Imperial Exam, and the Bride Swapped Bodies with the Empress

Ye Qing places first in the imperial examinations, but the Empress is a foolish ruler, so he decides to coast through life. Though he serves in court, his heart is at home, longing for his beautiful new bride.

But he never expects the Empress and his new wife to switch bodies.

She hears every one of his grumbles:

"Not enough grain for disaster relief? Mix in sand and rice bran! The disaster victims don't need good food, they just need to stay alive!"

"A vassal prince has rebelled? Easy. One decree dividing up his fief is all it takes!"

"That damn emperor spends all day cultivating immortality. Does he not know everything he eats is full of heavy metals?"

"..."

Every one of his private grumbles is actually carried out in court. From then on, the Great Qian enjoys peace and prosperity, and all nations come to pay tribute.

Ye Qing realizes there's a spy close to him.

Then one day, as Ye Qing appears before the emperor in court, Empress Qin Ruxue walks up to him and instinctively calls him... husband.

Uh...

He found the spy!
