Honghuang: Tongtian Abdicates, and I Ascend the Throne to Purge the Jie Sect

On the eve of the Calamity of Investiture, Tongtian prepares to enter seclusion and devise a way to face it, so he steps down from his position.

But the Four Great True Disciples and the Seven Attendant Immortals are all too clever to take on this hot potato.

Zhang Fan, the Fifth True Disciple, happens to awaken a god-tier Sect Leader System. Without hesitation, he accepts the position.

The Sect Leader's mission-grinding mode begins:

"Daily Sect Leader mission: Inspect the Jie Sect. Reward: Primordial Spirit Fruit, Huangzhong Li.

Raise trusted subordinates: Teach the Three Xiao the Chaos Primordial Method. Tenfold enhancement: Hongmeng Primordial Chaos Art.

Purge traitors: Kill Dingguang Xian. Reward: Hongmeng Measuring Heaven Ruler."

Ten thousand years later, at the enthronement ceremony, Zhang Fan takes power. All the various factions come to pay their respects, and the Chan Sect and Western Teachings are thrown into a panic.

Yuanshi is frantic: "Tongtian, we can talk about anything. Just don't step down yet."

Jieyin and Zhunti are in tears: "That's too ruthless! This new sect leader is way too ruthless. He's nearly stripped the Western lands bare!"

Nuwa and Houtu: "Senior Brother Tongtian, we're here today to arrange a marriage..."

Tongtian: "Hahaha! My eye as Saint Tongtian has been keen since time immemorial!"
