From the Start, I Chose to Be a Slacker, but the Empress Chose Me

Demons and monsters have returned, and the whole population has entered the era of pet beasts. Everyone between the ages of sixteen and twenty-two can choose a beast egg and form a contract to increase their combat power.

My name is Liu Hanqing. I'm a transmigrator, and I transmigrated into an unborn pet beast.

After spending my previous life fighting until the day I died, all I want this time is to take it easy and enjoy life.

Other soul beasts desperately improve their strength, hoping to please their Hosts.

But Liu Hanqing is different. He eats when he's hungry and drinks when he's thirsty, doing whatever feels comfortable...

My name is Lin Churuo. In my previous life, I was a hero who defended humanity, as well as an empress. I reversed the course of fate and returned to three thousand years ago, hoping to avert humanity's destruction in the future.

When choosing a pet beast from the start, I followed the System's guidance and found the strongest beast in the whole place. I thought I could change humanity's fate with its help, but who knew this pet beast would be so unbelievably laid-back? All it does all day is eat, sleep, or tease me. It doesn't do a thing.

I've tried everything, but I still can't get him to stop taking it easy. Aah! What do you do when your soul beast won't listen? Asking online, urgent!
