Proctoring the Journey to the West: A Hellish Pilgrimage

Luo Fan transmigrated to the Primordial World, where he met a mighty Daoist. After sharing a meal with him, the Daoist promised to take Luo Fan as his disciple if he returned victorious from a battle with his rival.

As a transmigrator, Luo Fan thought he had finally met a true powerhouse.

He had to cling to this patron.

But he waited and waited, and the Daoist never came back.

Eventually, Luo Fan stopped caring.

After all, there were plenty of braggarts in the Primordial World.

Then he activated the System for Proving the Dao and Achieving Primordial Unity Through Ten Thousand Years of Exam Proctoring, awakening two talents: 1. Empowerment by Infallible Wisdom. 2. Dreaming of Heavenly Secrets.

For ten thousand years, he diligently proctored exams for all living beings in the Three Realms.

As an exam proctor, Luo Fan could freely increase the difficulty and receive corresponding merit after each exam.

Ten thousand years passed in the blink of an eye, and he advanced from an ordinary mortal to a Primordial Great Celestial Immortal.

Later, Luo Fan happened to discover that the Daoist who had left and never returned was none other than the Lord of Heaven, Tongtian.

What a coincidence.

Then the Buddhist Holy Land of the Western Heaven demolished Luo Fan's Mountain God Temple on Flower-Fruit Mountain.

And Sun Wukong happened to be born.

Let's settle our old and new scores together.
