Journey to the West: I Tell the Stone Monkey the Story of Wukong, and Buddhism Panics

Chen Xuanyuan transmigrated to Flower-Fruit Mountain in Journey to the West, hoping to live freely as an unbound immortal.

But the Buddhist sect, in order to bring the Stone Monkey into the world, casually destroyed the thatched hut where he lived.

Just then, the System activated. As long as he made the beings of Journey to the West stray from their fated paths, he would earn rewards.

So he began telling the story of Journey to the West right there on Flower-Fruit Mountain, exposing the Buddhist sect's conspiracy.

The Heaven-Mending Stone was deeply moved when it heard the story, and immediately decided not to emerge.

To further mislead the beings of Journey to the West, he went on to tell the tale of Wukong.

"From this day onward, for ten thousand years, all of you will remember this name!"

He told Nezha the story of Nezha: Birth of the Demon Child.

"My fate is mine to decide, not Heaven's!"

He told Yang Jian and Yang Chan the story of The Lotus Lantern, and told the Long-Armed Ape the story of Cloudsea in Tumult...

Starting with Havoc in Heaven, the entire Journey to the West went completely off the rails. The Buddhist sect was dumbfounded. What kind of grand revival was this supposed to be?
