I Am an NPC Lord, and My Players Are a Little Too Fierce

Immortal-Demon Showdown is a game created by the Main God. Anyone can log in using the power of their thoughts.

Players start out near a village populated by NPCs.

Killing the village chief and taking his place, building up their own forces, recruiting troops, and claiming dominance over a region to compete in the Immortal-Demon Showdown: that is every player's shared goal.

Chen Nian was reborn in the game as a village chief one month early. Knowing that the players would kill him a month later, he led the villagers in a mad training spree to level up.

On launch day, when the unarmed players arrived, they looked at the villagers before them, clad in armor and carrying high-quality equipment.

They were dumbfounded.
