The Red Moon Hangs High: I Walk Backward Along the River of Time

In the years that followed, I went from being the butt of a joke played by Heaven to becoming the one who played the jokes!

This human world is vast, spanning five continents and four seas, with countless living beings. Look up, and there is the celestial realm, lofty and magnificent, yet silent!

I have watched forests blaze with autumn colors as the years slipped by like sand.

I have wandered through the lines of books and scrolls, and entered Buddhism's three thousand minor worlds and forty thousand heavens.

I have journeyed across the five continents by day and traversed the shores of the four seas by night.

The blood moon has shone over the human world for more than ten thousand years! Apart from the blood moon, there is nothing else in the vast night sky! What lies beyond that crimson light?

Look down, and beneath the cliffs of Mount Buzhou and the mouth of Fengdu, the netherworld is divided from the world of the living. What strange things lie there?

Humans, demons, ghosts, devils, and gods fill what is known as the Three Realms! Just how long is eternal life?

I am Qingtian, an ordinary young man. A mishap, and my attempt to return home, led me into a secret hidden for ten thousand years.
