I Want to Be a Foolish Emperor: Building a Temple Brings Forth the Divine Empress

Qin Tu transmigrates into a fantasy world as the emperor of a small kingdom, bringing with him the Eternal Emperor System!

The Host receives 30,000 spirit stones, which can only be used for national development. If the Host makes a profit, the System will give him more. If he loses everything, he will receive an equal amount of personal spirit stones to spend however he likes.

"There's a System this good?" After reading the System's instructions, Qin Tu decides to become a foolish ruler who does nothing but lose money!

For his first move, he decides to invent a nonexistent god, build a temple nobody will visit, and select three hundred Holy Maidens.

"Serve the god by day and me by night, and help me lose all the spirit stones while you're at it!"

The very day he finishes building the temple, despite opposition from all his court officials, the Empress manifests as a deity...

He builds grand imperial tombs, digs canals, launches three campaigns against foreign tribes, indulges in wine and women, and shuts himself away in seclusion...

Qin Tu does everything foolish rulers in history have done, yet discovers that the Qingfeng Kingdom is growing stronger and stronger, almost to the point of conquering the world...

Qin Tu: Being a foolish ruler is so hard!
