After I Fired a Particle at the Sun

In the interstellar era, Chu Xuan fires a particle at the sun, hoping to prove whether an infinite universe exists and find his parents, who disappeared during a space exploration mission.

A miscalculation causes the sun to scatter and amplify the particle, creating a superluminal particle pulse that knocks out power across the globe.

And that's not all.

He figures alien civilizations will also be hit by the particle pulse, and may retaliate against Blue Star.

Given the severity of the consequences, he turns himself in to warn everyone that a crisis is coming.

When everyone sees the tool Chu Xuan hands over as evidence, it turns out to be nothing more than something resembling a household satellite dish.

People around the world laugh!

But!

Many advanced civilizations across the universe were hit by the particle pulse.

Before long,

Blue Star receives a message from an alien civilization.

"You insects, just you wait..."
