Snow, a Girl, and a White Fox

The young Terashima Yukiko comes alone to an unfamiliar city to start a new life. After her parents divorce, she goes to live with her grandfather. She thinks she will never get involved with anyone, but she is mistaken. The lonely girl makes an important friend, and whenever she remembers the white fox her grandfather often mentioned, scenes of events she cannot recall come flooding into her mind. When summer vacation begins, she returns to the countryside and finally meets the legendary white fox. At last, she also remembers the scenes she used to see so often.
