I, the Heavenly Emperor, Came Down to Earth and Was Exposed on a Popular Variety Show

Wang Haotian was once the Supreme Deity of Haotian.

His master was the Primordial Ancestor Hongjun, and his senior fellow disciples were the Three Pure Ones of Daoism.

He helped Nuwa create humanity and appointed the Jade Emperor.

Every so often, he would appear in the mortal world, leaving behind countless legends.

Before Laozi departed west through Hangu Pass, he and Wang Haotian were close friends.

As Confucius traveled among the kingdoms, he pestered Wang Haotian all day to discuss scholarship.

When the First Emperor unified the six kingdoms, Wang Haotian was the first person he came to thank.

Before going on campaign, Genghis Khan borrowed a bow from him.

The last time he appeared was twenty years ago, when he casually offered guidance to a few interesting young people.

Twenty years later, he appeared once more.

And now Back to Field was going to be filmed at his home.

Sister Zifeng: Ancestor Celestial Emperor, how do you stay so youthful? Won't you teach me?

Wang Haotian: Of course. Your ancestor will take you on the path to immortality.

Teacher Huang, Teacher He, Pengpeng, Yixing: Ancestor Celestial Emperor, I want to go too! Me too!

And so, this episode of Back to Field took a very different turn.

It became Back to Field: A Life of Cultivation.
