In a Strange Land, I Transmigrate into a Parasite

The protagonist, despairing of life, ends it. When he comes to, he finds himself in an unfamiliar place, in a form like an earthworm.

That thing **has the ability to possess and control corpses, and using that power, it successfully takes over the body of a dead young man.

This is a story about traveling wherever he pleases through an unknown world, together with the dead young man's **, while struggling to come to terms with the changes to himself.

...Or so it should be.

It's mainly an adventure story about the protagonist transmigrating into a black, earthworm-like parasite and ending up in another world, where things get a little... well...
