Three Kingdoms: Fishing from the Start, and Cao Cao Takes the Bait

Transmigrating to the late Eastern Han dynasty.

Su Nuo is rescued by an old Daoist. Later, while traveling with him along the Yellow River, the old man gives him a kick and sends him sprawling.

The old man also tells Su Nuo to pretend to be a sage fishing by the river, assuring him that an important person will come seeking help.

With Cao Cao and Yuan Shao's Battle of Guandu about to begin, Cao Cao happens to be inspecting the riverbank.

The two hit it off at first sight and quickly become a team.

Yuan Shao: "How does Cao Cao always anticipate my every move? How am I supposed to deal with that?"

Liu Bei: "Wolong and Fengchu? Neither compares to that one man under Cao Cao, Su Nuo!"

Sun Quan: "Sister-in-law, younger sister, for the sake of Jiangdong's future, I must ask you to make this sacrifice."

Sun Shangxiang, Da Qiao: "What sacrifice? Mr. Su is the best home we could ever hope for."

Zhen Ji: "The day my husband came to me riding on auspicious clouds, he became the hero of my dreams."

Cao Cao: "Su Nuo is the wise minister foretold in my dreams, a heaven-sent strategist who will help me unite the realm!"
