I Destroyed a 700-Million-Yuan Artifact, and the People Petitioned for My Acquittal

A news reporter from the national evening news interviews students at the college entrance exam site.

Reporter: "Are you confident about the college entrance exams?"

Chen Shengjie: "College entrance exams? What exams? Isn't it more important that other countries are blocking our Dragon Nation's access to technology? I've already decided to drop out and develop a lithography machine."

Reporter: "!!! You're joking, right?"

Chen Shengjie rips up his exam admission ticket in front of the camera and says, "I'm going to develop a lithography machine. Why would I take the college entrance exams?"

A few days later, he secretly dismantles the lithography machine at his father's company and disappears. The shareholders fly into a rage and call the police...

The police search for him for three months without success. Three months later, he reappears and shocks the world. When the officers come to arrest him, they're so polite they don't even want to put him in handcuffs.

People across the country petition for him to be found not guilty...
