Transmigrated: From the Start, I Help Zuo Zongtang Beat Up Li Hongzhang

Li Shi, a modern young man, becomes a receptionist for the dead and activates a Divine Reception System. He grows stronger whenever he satisfies the dead.

At first, only ordinary spirits come to see him.

With the rewards from the System, Li Shi rises to the top of the world.

But why are all the visitors important figures now?

Li Hongzhang and Zuo Zongtang are fighting?

Beat him up!

"Lord Viceroy, that's right. I'm the one who hit you!"

"Why did you hit me? I was an important minister of the Qing Dynasty!"

"Come on, let me sing you a little song:

Li Hongzhang, what a mighty man

The Qing's number-one plaster craftsman

Took Russian rubles, sold the borderlands

Even killed surrendered troops outside Suzhou

Signed treaties, sucked up to the powers

Dodged the fight, saved ships, lost the Beiyang Fleet

Promoted Western learning, built factories

Then went bankrupt, pocketing millions of taels"

Li Hongzhang: "This... Young man, I advise you to read more proper history! In what way am I inferior to Zuo Zongtang?"

Li Shi: "Heh, Lord Viceroy, I suggest you watch your tail!"

Li Hongzhang: "Why?"

Li Shi: "Because the group coming in a few days is the Boxers!"
