Hero of the Hour

"Where am I, where is this...". Qin Qifeng, an urban migrant worker, had an accident and traveled back in time to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was the darkest and most turbulent era in China, an era of regime change and the impact of Chinese and foreign cultures. There were many warlords, each working in their own way. One country, three governments. The Chinese people lived in dire straits, with no food to eat and no means of livelihood. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
