In the Hokage World, I, Naruto, Am Invincible from the Start

What earth-shaking changes would the ninja world undergo if Naruto had the strongest template System?

Madara says: "I, Madara, acknowledge you as the strongest in the ninja world!"

The Akatsuki says: "If you run into Naruto, just give up and wait to die! Otherwise, you'll find yourself completely unable to fight back!"

Black Zetsu says: "What kind of monster are you? You killed my mother with one punch!"
